International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

After repeated efforts to install the necessary drivers to hot sync my Tungsten E in my new Win 7 Chris made short work of it by taking over my computer and doing the job. Now it works great. Also, I just sent in one of my defunk Tungsten PDA's for them to repair. Am looking forward to receiving it back.
