International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My Palm needed a new screen..... I found Chris on the i/n, explained my problem, sent it to him the next day and had the repaired unit back in my hands a few days later.
Couldn't have been easier. The repair was a good value; the unit's been working great & I'm back to business again!
