International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I was surprised that I actually was talking to a real human being when I called for information before sending unit for repairs. Chris Short always answered my phone calls, no recordings, no calls sent to India, email updates throughout the process, a pleasant surprise. Turn around was quick and efficient, less than a week using Priority Mail. My Tungsten is finally off life support (connected to AC for 2 years) and I recommended a friend with the same issues I had to the PalmDr. Thanks Chris, keep up the good work.
