International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

This company is the best ever if you have an electronic repair issue. I love my Palm Z22, but the Palm company no longer supports this product. I have everything on my Palm...addresses, lists, calendar, shopping items, ebooks, dictionary. If I couldn't get my Palm fixed, well, the loss of all of this info. is too horrible to contemplate. Not to worry, this company is the best; best support, best knowledge, best prices, best speed in doing excellent work.
