International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My T/X started to act up so I purchased what I thought was a "smart phone". It could not replace what my T/X could do. After contacting PalmDr I decided to have the T/X repaired. After Chris repaired my T/X it works better than when I first purchased it, and the turn around time was short. Thank you very much.
