International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

It's been an absolute pleasure (and a small miracle) doing business with Chris. I refuse to take on a smartphone just to do the things I want to do, and my Tungsten E is failing fast. I weighed trying to have it fixed, to finding a new PDA online, or taking a chance on a refurbed and nicer Palm. I'm so glad I took a chance on one of Chris' upcycled units. It's in perfect condition, has more features than I had before, and it came with some patient and non-condescending help. And I feel pretty righteous keeping a perfectly good unit out of a landfill. My husband saw the relief in my face the moment I beamed my old address book and calendar to my new Tungsten C. Thanks so much Chris.
