International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

There are not enough stars to do justice to the splendid service I received; so I can only echo the wonderful comments of everyone else. I panicked when my Palm shut down but I need not have worried. After finding the website of PalmDR.com, it was clear that Chris understood my problem (battery and switch) and that he would be able to help: I was not disappointed.
