International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Was contemplating purchasing a rebuilt used palm on e-bay or amazon. Happened to find info on Chris Short and customer reviews! WHAT A FIND!!! He was able to diagnose immediately. Turnaround was amazing, even though I stressed no need for speedy return. Came back cleaned, and new screen saver applied. Excellent service. I consider this an early Christmas gift to me!!!!! TY and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of 'tossing' their palm ---- give them a chance!
