International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Totally Revamped My Palm!

I was having some trouble with my on/off button and with charging my palm, but when I dropped it and the LCD screen cracked I thought my whole device was garbage! The Palm Pilot is no longer manufactured and simple organizers don't hold enough data for me! Palm's customer support number is no longer in service so I was up the creek! Then I Googled palm repair and found Short Tronics Inc. What a lifesaver!!! Upon doing some research I found amazing reviews and an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. That sold me! I called and Chris answered right away and assured me he could fix all my problems! After tracking my package I knew he received it on Saturday. By Tuesday I received an e-mail that he already shipped it back repaired - amazing service! Honest , quick and capable. Now I can continue being organized with a totally revamped palm! Thank you!
