International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My Palm Pilot Z22 was run over by one or more cars/trucks. The screen was shattered and it wouldn't turn on at all. I found PalmDr through Google, exchanged a couple of emails, and shipped my unit off to them on Dec. 17.

I received it back on Dec. 28. That's only 11 days which is amazing considering it was over one weekend and Christmas.

My unit is working properly now and most importantly they were able to save ALL my data. For under $70, I got a new digitizer, screen, and battery.
