International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Put a new battery in my Palm thinking that was the problem. Still acting weird. Found PalmDr on Google and took a chance, emailed Chris, sent the Palm in to have it checked out. Love the quick response to emails and needed repairs, and especially the cost. Turn around time was great! Palm is like new. Would highly recommend Short Tronics to anyone. Best service I've had in years and very well done. Very trustworthy. Thanks for a great job.
