International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Replaced Bad Digitizer

Discussed the symptoms with Chris and he said to send it in over the Christmas holiday. He replaced the digitizer and I just received it bad today (12/31/2012) works fine now. Chris has solved several problems for me in the past. He really knows his stuff and is always helpful, courteous and prompt.
