International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris was very courteous, efficient, and professional in enabling me to fully utilize my Palm Z22 on my Windows 7 Professional 64 bit OS. I intend to look to PalmDr Short Tronics INC for all my PDA support. If there was a rating above 5 stars, Chris would get this rating.
