International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Had a bad switch on TX. Chris replaced in short order. Bought a spare so I won't be down. Came in handy when the first one broke again. He was very prompt with parts and service. Upgraded to Outlook 2010, sync would not work. He has the patches!!! Worked great. It is great that there is a service out there to support those of us that can't give up the Pilot even though Pilot gave up on us.
