International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My palm is my right hand in my massage business! I can't be on the phone and setting appointments at the same time. So when the touchscreen stopped working I was so lost. I contacted Chris and sent him my palm, he fixed it and shipped it back to me the same day he received it! WOW! I was so lost without my palm! Thank you for a great job and awesome customer service!!!!!!!
