International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I am an old Palm Tungsten user since 2003, and I have several of them which have now problems with battery-life and digitizers. But living in Switzerland I didn't find it very efficient to send them for repair to the US. So I ordered a refurbished Tungsten C from PalmDR and in only some days I received it in Switzerland.
