International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I am beyond words at how fantastic my experience with this company was! Parts were ordered for my ipod before I even had the payment to them to ensure prompt repair for me. Once they had the ipod the customer service and communication was beyond excellent! Our Ipod was repaired in about a week (including mail time - we live out of town). I did some checking around first and this was the cheapest repair price as well if anyone is wondering. I checked Mankato and Rochester. Finished product is excellent. Thank you so much Chris! I will recommend you to anyone looking for repairs.
