International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I had to reinstall Windows on a new hard drive and my reinstall of Palm software froze my Palm. Chris is a Palm genius, knows everything about the Palm, and had the patience of a saint walking me through troubleshooting to get my Palm back. It works better than ever now. Chris is the best technical support person I've ever encountered. Two years ago he had restored my Palm T|X with a new ROM chip, a new On/Off switch, an internal microphone, and a new digitizer glass, and all for a very reasonable price and in just a few days. All told, his competent, thorough services have enabled me to be able to function in the real world, Palm in palm. Thank you, Chris!
