International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris fixed my dead battery about a year ago and I couldn't have been happier with the competent and speedy service.
-
Then, my TX stopped hot-syncing and I couldn't get it to do anything. Apparently more than one file was corrupted. First Chris did his best to help over the phone, but my unit was too badly fried. I sent it to him and I know he must have pulled his hair out... but he found the problems after working his "magic" (hard work and expertise) and I couldn't be happier.

Chris is the best, and we, in the Palm et.al. communities are lucky to have him.
