International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I don't know Chris Short personally, but in the past I've bought a refurbished unit, I've another unit repaired and he relentlessly helped me through hotsyncing on Windows 7 with an IR/USB adapter.
He must be just a nice guy.
