International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Tungsten E2 damaged during travel. Power switch and screen replaced. Repairs were completed on time and repair estimates were met. Chris, thank you very much for work completed on my Tungsten and I'll recommend Short Tronics to anyone with a problem
