International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Filled out repair form, sent in, had reply in 1/2 hour with estimated cost. I shipped unit, They repaired it right on the estimate amount. The service was fast, less than a week!! Best electronic repair service I ever used!!!!!!
