International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Sooooooo, my husband tried to change the battery in my z22, and then the darn thing wouldn't even turn on... he thinks he might have hit something when opening the unit. My entire history of business clients, appointments, and contacts are in my Palm.

Fortunately, I found the PalmDr website (after striking out among local computer repair places). I called and talked with Chris... he was so friendly and really took the time to get all of the information about my Palm problem. I sent my palm to him that same day. Once he received it, he emailed me with the problem and the repair costs, made sure I was in agreement, and my z22 was fixed and back in the mail to me within 24 hours. Awesome.
