International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Nothing like a(nother) necessary hard drive reformat to show up one's software deficiencies. Sure glad you were there to provide a replace installation disk for my Zire 31. Palm Doctor had what I needed and delivered it fast!!
