International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Reload Desktop Software

Chris sent me the link to reload the software. First time it didn't work. He suggested I try it again after making sure the previous version was deleted. It took me a while to get around to it. I'm not a computer technician, but finally did as he suggested and now everything works fine once again. He knows his technology very well and is always helpful and friendly.
