International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

It took a little more than 10 day from the time I first contacted Chris, and about 7 or 8 days from the time I mailed my PDA until it was back in my hands working like new. It probably spent more time in the mail than it did in his shop. Could not be more pleased.
Other Pluses - The repair form he emailed me was logical, easy to understand and like most of the communication, to the point and civilized. Most shocking of all, he shipped the moment I indicating I would send a check, not waiting until it was received and cleared. Perhaps, he has found that us PDA owners are an honest crowd. Such trust is truly refreshing. Best of all, when I looked below this box to the required check off box I discovered he has a sense of humor. " Required Field
