International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I, like all the others that have left feedback, am 110% happy with the service I received from the Palm Doctor.. I was extremely worried that I would lose the investment I had in a Bird Program when my Palm "on-off" started giving me trouble. Thank goodness I happened to find the Palm Doctor. I sent in the Palm, he fixed it, as well as installing a new screen and battery, and FAST! The results exceed my expectations. I highly recommend these guys!
