International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris, thanks for rescuing my husband's E2 ! I didn't' think it could be done. You diagnosed SDS and you brought it back to life. I didn't tell him I was sending it to you because I didn't want to get his hopes up. Was he ever surprised to find the E2 that he had tossed away, in his Easter basket yesterday morning! It's back on his desk today, in better shape than ever. Thanks again for the excellent and speedy service.
