I contacted Chris by Email with the following message: \"Recently my desktop computer shut down unexpectedly. When I reopened it, I found that all of my calendar and half of my contacts/address list was missing. When I rebooted, the other half of the contacts list appeared, but the calendar is still blank. The next day I contacted Chris by phone and the rest is history!!! Within a matter of several minutes he had my calendar restored and my data base corrected.
