International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I'm Convinced!!! You are the Best!!! A Five Star Rating!!!
I contacted Chris by Email with the following message: "Recently my desktop computer shut down unexpectedly. When I reopened it, I found that all of my calendar and half of my contacts/address list was missing. When I rebooted, the other half of the contacts list appeared, but the calendar is still blank. Is this repairable??? What can I do??? Please help me. I'm 88
years old and don't need these kinds of problems. Thanks."
The next day I contacted Chris by phone and the rest is history!!! Within a matter of several minutes he had my calendar restored and my data base corrected.
