International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Perfect! Just blinkin' perfect. Fast turnaround - lightning fast! I'd "run over" this Palm with my rocking chair (talk about dueling technologies! Having been stuck unable to back up my PDA for an extended period, I was sweating bullets about losing the last two years' work ! No worries.
