International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Felt hopeless-thought my palm desktop 4.1.4 hotsync mgr was corrupt and not responding-palm hp tech support does not exist-with great luck and appreciation I found Chris (PalmDr.com) on internet-called him-1 ring-he picked up phone-solved the problem in minutes-THANK YOU-you are now my palm doctor-I will recommend you to all who ask
