International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Would like to thank Chris for bringing my Tungsten E back frfom the "dead". GREAT customer service - constant communication back and forth when I emailed him. Not only did he replace the E's battery and on/off switch but corrected the digitizer. Haven't yet synced from my computer what I had lost when the E died - but will shortly. My life is BACK!!!! I highly recommend Short Tronics for PDA repair.
