International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

This is the second time I have used PalmDr. Each and every time they are great at completing the repair quickly. This time was a battery replacement. They ship quick too. I have even bought my Palm TX from them originally, and would always use their services.
