International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

When Garmin decided not to service what they sold, these guys took care of the customer. Couple of emails and I sent the unit in, fast turnaround, professional customer service and a unit that works again. Doesn't matter if it was a simple fix or not, bottom line is these guys are good to their word.

I have used the device on 2 trips now with no problem.
