International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

For all you lovers of PDA's, Chris Short is the man for repairs. The guy is for real. He is very responsive. His system of mailing, rapid repair and mail back is excellent. Take it from someone who tried to figure out a problem on my own for my Palm Life Drive. What a disaster! I spent time, money and effort, that ended in the death of my Life Drive. When in need of repair or help with a Palm product, do yourself a big favor and contact Chris.
