International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

It seems I am not the only one who felt a looming sense of dread realizing that once your Palm is dead you will be forced, cattle prod style, into the corral of smartphone-dom, whether you like it or not. Do not fear. Chris fixed my Palm (and can yours too) so that I could continue to enter information on it, (and do all I need it to do) and he did so after a very patient discussion (on the phone no less!) with me about my options and the costs for repair. So not only does the Palm Dr. provide solid service and legit repairs, but a place that recognizes along with you the value of useful simplicity in technology making the words of C.S. Lewis, as usual, ring true.
