Garmin does not service this anymore, these guys took care of my needs. I sent a couple of emails then I sent the unit in, fast turnaround, professional customer service and a unit that works again. Doesn't matter if it was a simple fix or not, bottom line is these guys are good to their word. They gave me the price up front. Great communication, kept me up to date, fast turn around, with in a couple days. I will recommend them to anyone.
