International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I've been using PalmPilots for more than 10 years, and when this, my third Tungsten, stopped functioning, I feared I'd have to find yet another one to replace it. However, I found Short Tronics Inc on the internet and was very happy I did. Chris repaired the unit quickly, and now it works like new ... for a very inexpensive price! I'll definitely go to Chris again if and when the unit needs repair.
