International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I have an old palm clie and just bought a new windows 8 laptop. I could not get the palm desktop software to install on the new machine and could not import my data over. Called Chris and he remotely "took over" my laptop and walked me through a relatively complicated set of steps to install and synch my handheld with my new laptop. I suppose I could have eventually figured it all out, but it would have taken me days. In less than 30 minutes Chris was finished. I was astounded with the service and his knowledge and professionalism. I think this is the best tech support and service I have ever encountered and the price was just so reasonable. If you have a palm problem, save yourself a ton of time and aggravation and give them a ring. It was a real pleasure working with the Palm Dr. Unless you love spending days trolling forums for half baked answers, this site and company is a godsend. Would go back in a second, and would recommend them even faster!
