International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I am so happy to have found Short Tronics to help me with my Zire 72 problems. Along with needing a new battery, sometimes it would not move when I tried to arrow-down in my contacts. My communication with Chris was outstanding. He understood my problems and explained how they could help. The cost was about the same as the first time the battery was replaced by another company, but they did not offer to check or repair. I am so pleased to have my trusty Palm working for me again.
