International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Outstanding customer service and reasonable fees! What a pleasure it was to work with Chris - he is very efficient, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He walked me through the process of installing the Palm 6.2 software and new driver as well as fixing new problems as they cropped up. The end result exceeded my expectations - my Palm now syncs with my Windows 8 computer perfectly!! Chris is a wealth of information and expertise!! WOW!
