International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I am a "Palm Faithful". Mine has been disabled for one year. I bought another on one on line and it failed. I was desperate. Chris fixed both of them very quickly and communicated with me during the whole process. He is wonderful. I am more than happy, I am thankful, every time I pick up my Zire.
I feel like as long as he is in business...my worries are over.
