International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Excellent and outstanding service. I use my Zire daily to keep track of all kinds of things, so when it did not work I was lost. I sent it in and got it back in a VERY short time. It works and all is good. Thanks for such wonderful service.
