International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I purchased a Palm Z22 recently. Not only was I happy to find a source for this discontinued product, but it was easy to order online. My order was immediately acknowledged, and it was shipped out within 24 hours, even though I opted for free shipping through USPS. The PDA arrived in Virginia (from Minnesota) within a few days. It appears to be a refurbished item, which is not surprising since Palm doesn't offer it anymore. My new Z22 works fine, and I am quite satisfied with the price and the service.
