International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

If you own a Palm Pilot and the poor thing dies,don't worry, PalmDr will bring it back to life! Earlier this year I had two units repaired by Chris, one I had tried to drown, it was soaked. I sent both units to Chris and as soon as he received them he sent me an email with the options available to me. In no time flat I again had two operating Palm Pilots. I would be totally lost without them and was scared to death I would never be able to replace them. Thanks to Chris I know I won't have to give in to the tablet or laptop world! Chris, you are the best!
