International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Just a quick note to let you know I received my TX in good order.

In addition, also wanted to thank you for the quick, professional and expert service and repairs(more like a restoration) to this almost 10 year old unit. The aftermarket On/Off switch is a welcome improvement over the original, the new digitizer works like it's a brand new PDA and the new 110 v power-plug-in-connector along with the new battery completes the 'revival' of my "PEM" (Palm 'Exterior' Memory) :-) Everything works just as it did before the breakdown, with no loss of memory or information whatsoever.
Good work Chris, I feel a whole lot more secure knowing that Palm-Help like yours is alive and well. I would absolutely recommend your (superior) service to fellow Palmists anytime.
