International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

After spending more time on hold waiting for Garmin Tech support to answer a couple of questions, I called Chris. Chris was very helpful in trouble shooting my Zumo 550 symptoms over the phone and stated how much the repair would cost which I thought was more than fair. He followed up our conversation with an email quote. Chris received, repaired and returned the GPS all in the same day. I’m thankful for his fast service and would recommend his business highly.
