International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris has repaired my Tungsten E2 twice and I was very pleased with the service and price. Recently I started getting "insufficient memory" messages when trying to hotsync wirelessly. When trying to hotsync with the cable I got "Fatal Alert/Fatal Error/Reset" messages. I emailed Chris about these problem and he promptly replied suggesting several options - the first being a hard reset - that fixed it.

Chris does a great job of providing speedy, effective, and cost-effective Palm repair. I highly recommend him.
