International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I recently ordered a new battery for my Palm m500 and when I went to install it, the female socket snapped off the motherboard. I thought I was going to have to throw my Palm away until I discovered PalmDr. They repaired it in short order and returned it to me for a reasonable cost. I am very pleased to have my Palm back in working order.
