International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I would give ten stars if I could. The service was superb. The thing that put it many notches above was the help that was given to me via e-mail. It was rapid and precise. Chris was super. Sorry to sound so positive, but with the service one usually gets these days Short Tronics Inc in a class of it's own. I highly recommend them.
